Assalamulaikum & Haiiiiiii~

OH MY GOD! It has been too long since the last time any one of us has written anything in this blog, right? I mean, I can literally see specks of dusts.. HAHA.. Too dramatic, right? ;p

Well, it has been too long that my head is overflown with ideas so, right now I don't know what to write exactly.. *sigh.. Hmmm.. Let's talk about this blog a little bit. This blog is actually an assignment assigned as a group work and we are done with it. Alhamdulillah~ Honestly, we sort of wished to continue on writing this blog but I am not too sure because we might be busy and this blog might be buried under all of our buzy-ness and laziness. Therefore, I must apologize beforehand if this blog will really 'die' one day. I am sorry, girls... and guys. But, it has always been my pleasure and my dream to write so, I might go solo with the blog thingy. I don't know because as far as I am concerned, Mai has her own blog which i don't exactly know much. So, that's is it fellas.. It has been a pleasure writing and expressing.. Maybe, we will meet again in the future.. Somewhere, someday, somehow.. In shaa Allah~

YO WHAT'S UP, SIS

Salamun 'alaikum (=

It's me again . hee

Speaking about girls, there is something that cross my mind .

Subhanallah. Look, the baby is so cute

Masya-Allah, there are so many assignment that we need to submit :(

I've been living in a world where I keep hearing these two lines and something like that  . Safe and sound . I'm not that good but there will always be someone who keep reminding me to speak politely . The first person to teach me this is, obviously, my mum and also my dad . Then, growing up going to 'sekolah agama' and all girls' school, it made the matter really important .

I admitted that sometimes it was easy for me to get influenced by something . Back then in school, I would always said, "Perghh, this is cool" . Then, I would get ashamed by myself because all my friends were really good and innocent . Why ? I used the not-so-good exclamation instead of subhanallah and so on .

Maybe some of you might think that it is nothing . It is normal . We are teens, so, it is our way to express ourselves, but, it is something for me .

I am not saying that I am really good or what, or that my friends are the best or my parents are the best exemplary or what not .  My point is, as a girl, we should and must mind our language . Basically, girls are said to be lenient, subtle, gentle and you name it . Yeah, that is our core ( Like in Rise of The Guardians, the core of the Santa is wonder . hihi )

Now, I came to a world where I met everyone . I have been forced to see the real world . A world which has been hidden from me before, and...

What the hell , this is ridiculous!

Heh, what a bitch. !@#$%

This is what I'm facing now . A real world . You got me ? Frankly speaking, resulting from the safe and sound world, I have turned into someone who become a bit sensitive when other people say a harsh or rude word to me . Believe it or not, there was a time back then when I felt offended if someone use the word 'aku' with me (if that someone was a girl) . Hee .

Hey, it was a long time ago . I am okay with it now . Don't be afraid to talk to me . Peace .

Finally, I hope that all of you girls (and guys) get my point . I do not have any intention to mock someone or what, I'm just voicing out my thought, as a girl . I know we cannot change drastically but you know, you can try it now . Before your future mother-in-law get a heart attack hearing your words (haha . I'm kidding >_< ) What's the point in being a gorgeous looking girl but when people hear your words, they make them feel uncomfortable . Lets be a better person, you and me together :)

Watch out, girls ..

Lots of love,
Maisarah

I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING

Salam sayyidul ayyam :)

Here I am again . How's your day ? I hope you are doing well . Well, we got a hectic week here and we nearly died ( just kidding . haha )

Are you making any decision today ?

I'm sure you do . Picking up which clothes to wear to class . Then, what shoes to wear, the beige or the red one . That is what we always do and it is only a small matter . Without realizing it, we are making decisions every single day . We choose between two options, to do or not to do, to say or not and everything else .
And, our decision making is based on myriad of reasons, make it our families, friends, future and what not . Sometimes, we felt that we made a decision just by following our conscience . Like we were directed to do that .

Recently, I just made a decision on something . I’ve been thinking about that matter for a long time . Then , one night, hesitantly, I told my friend what I’m rooting for . I knew that it would affect our friendship but I just had to do it . It was for our own good . It did break my heart..too. He questioned it . He requested a solid reason . I felt that he didn’t really understand why I did that .

Have you ever feel that you do something solely on emotional basis ?
That friend of mine asked if that was my final say, whether I was being influenced by someone or by my topsy-turvy emotions .

Many people said that girls and women usually are heavily affected by their emotion when they act or say or think . It is true, girls ?  ( o_0)

I might say that, yeah, there are times which we are prone to do that ( without we realizing it actually ) and we will surely regret it later . ( Haha . It’s not funny, but I just want to laugh . I’m sorry for the guy )

However, there are one thing that we all should know, girls are made to be more thoughtful and have a deeper foresight, and that’s why sometimes people ( it is the opposite gender, usually ) do not really get the point .
Just look when we had a 3 days 2 nights camp, all the girls would be bringing a bulky luggage containing all kind of stuffs that did not even cross the boys’ minds like rechargeable emergency lamp . Why ? Well, just in case, yeah..just in case the bonfire would not light up, the firewood are all wet and many more . The girls had figured it out everything and that was why the girls always had a spare .

What about it now ? Do you guys get it ? We do not randomly select an option without thinking a thousand and one reason behind it . It seems unnecessary at times but all praise to The Almighty that He has created such characteristic . Such characteristic that well suit for a mother :)

So, girls, do realize this and make use of your nature thoroughly . Daaa.. and stay tuned ! ('=

That's normal . hee

Maisarah

Girls, Books, Romance & Edward Cullen

Assalamualaikum w.b.t. & Halla~

What do you guys do for fun when you have that extra time of your day?

Me, without the roses and the swing.. And very much everything else..

Well, as for me, I find reading novels and books as a pleasurable and relaxing thing to do whenever I am free or just bored or stressed of studying and assignments.. I don't know if it is scientifically proven or not, but I think women tend to read more than men do and we prefer fiction books with the genres of romance and fantasy. At least, I do...

I used to read a lot when I was in high school but I stopped when I became 16.. Reasons? I shifted my passion to K-pop.. HAHA.. However, I have succumbed to reading novels again lately, and it is not a very good thing for me now. I mean, reading is good and all but I am facing my final exams SOON.. And I don't think I need this kind of distraction for it may jeopardize my exams' results and worst, my future!

Hmmm.. Apparently, even if people say that reading is good for us which I totally agree with, I have to say that it is not sooo good for me.. Okay, the reason being is that reading makes me passive. When I succumbed to books, I might as well not move for hours and hours, staying up till past wee hours and skipping my meals.. That's how badly obsessed I am with reading.. My doctor once, well, more than once actually, chided me for reading too much and not moving as much.. hehe.. It was that bad for me.. Unknowingly, reading excessively especially without having any breaks may affect our health.. Not to mention our eyes as it would be too stressed out from all the reading. Of course, I am not saying reading is bad but we have to be modest in doing anything and to care for our health and our surroundings..

Ohh! I am quite curious as to why girls prefer fiction novels especially romance novels compared to other genres.. Hmm.. I asked my roommates and one of them said that we prefer  it because it is as a way for us to get out of the reality.. Hmmmmm... I kind of agree with her because women like to daydream and fantasize about their dream romance, rightttt? Well, I do.. Sometimes.. Oppss.. There goes my secret.. I supposed it is because women like to get imaginative and creative when it comes to romance.. I mean, most of us have our own dream guy or dream husband, even if that guy is sooo ridiculously perfect and may not even exists in real life.. Still, we, ladies love the idea of perfection in love... Just like the idea of Edward Cullen from the Twilight Saga (my favourite book, so far ! GO GO TWI-hard!) who is sooooo freaking perfect and handsome and hot and on top of that, he is a freaking VAMPIRE !! How in the world could a blood-sucking creature be the perfect guy every girl covets?? *sigh Girls will always be girls..

That is all, girls! I hope you enjoy the post this time around as I think many of us can relate..rightttt? hehe.. Well, keep calm and keep reading but don't forget your responsibilities and love yourself more, k!

Rahimah

Let's Cover Up!

Assalamualaikum w.b.t. & Bounjour ~

What does hijab means to you?

Personally, hijab to me is not just about wearing your 'tudung' which what most of us called 'hijab'. It is about covering your aurah which consists of every part of us except our face and both of our palms. Today, I want to talk specifically about scarf or hijab or tudung or whatever you call them coz nowadays there are a lot of names for it to resemble the different kind of styles women wear. Hmmm.. the BIG question is whether the style you are wearing truly covers your aurah..?

There is a malay proverb that goes 'tepuk dada, tanya selera,' which means ask yourself what something really means to you.. Well, that is a question I want all of you girls to ask yourself and a question I want to ask myself.  Aurah sometimes, may seems like a trivial thing to some people which unfortunately is unforgivable for a person who calls herself a muslim by name or by heart.

Today, there are a lot of styles to wear your hijab.. Whether you like it with double or triple tiers, 1 or 10 twists or 'lilitan', no brooch at all or a number of them at once.. It all does not matter as long as it covers your aurah or to be specific your chests and your neck.. What I have learnt from the years of wearing hijab, the length of your hijab does matter but if you are smart enough to manipulate its length to sufficiently cover your chest then, it does not matter how long the or wide the hijab is initially. Even a normal size 'tudung bawal' which is probably around 45" can be a 60" wide one.. Hmm.. There is a plenty of tutorials out there if you are curious to how you can do it so go and take a look... hehe..

One more thing, you should also know how to cover your neck too coz it is part of our aurah, you know~ Wear something that is not transparent enough for the part of your neck to be seen especially when there is light. You can wisely choose the option to wear neck covers OR wear hijab that is made of good material that does not allow light to go through it. There are plenty of choices with better material and beautiful patterns for the ever stylish hijabistas out there.

As a hijabista, you should not be worried about not being as stylish or as up to date in fashion as the free-haired girls or even non-muslim women because I believe there are more and more choices out there that are just as beautiful but covers our aurah perfectly. It is good to see that there are more people  and designers who are concern of covering our aurah as it gives us a better chance to be a better muslim in carrying our duties to cover our aurah perfectly.

UNREQUITED LOVE

Salam alaik :)

Enjoy your read !

You bring me up
You bring me up
I’m flying
Then..then
I’m drowning in your love

It hurts me
Cause you don’t even care
Cause you don’t even know
How deep my love was for you

(p/s : Thanks to oral com, this lyric come surfacing into my mind . I know its cliché,yeah. Haha)

“ Mia, I have something to tell you . Actually I don’t love you . I like being friend with you, that’s all ”
It hurts, right ? when you actually love him .
Yeah, it hurts, but I don’t wanna write about this .

Situation 1 :
13 March
(15:00) : You just came back from class and after that, you immediately got yourself busy baking a cake for your friend . It’s her birthday today . You wanted to surprised her by making the cake yourself .
(23:59) : You were smiling alone . Feeling satisfied and elated . She was very happy after you planned a birthday party for her .

09 November
(00:00) No greeting from her .
(10:00) You met her at college, but she only asked about assignments .
(21:00) Again, you met her . She was sitting with a group of your classmates at the musolla

10 November
(00:00) You still don’t get a birthday greeting from her . Not to mention a present . You went to bed devastated .

Situation 2
Amirah has been waiting for about one and half hour . She couldn’t reach Ilyia’s phone . She was sitting alone in Secret Recipe, the temptation of Chocolate Indulgence didn’t affect her. She only ate it a bit . After another 30 minutes of waiting…
“ Hello Mira, I’m sorry I can’t make it .”
“ Ohhhh . I see, but can I know, why there is so much noise there ? Where are you ? ”
“ Oh . I forget to tell you . I’m at Stadium Putra . I’m going to meet SUJU . I’m already melting…argh”
“ Oh. Why didn’t you tell me earlier ? You have promised to accompany me here doing my shopping for the dinner party.”
“ Oh. I’m sorry .” tutt..tutt..tutt

***

What will you feel if you are the one in Situation 1?
Can you guess Amirah’s feeling ?
Yeah . This is what I mean . Have you ever feel something like this ? Unrequited love between friends .
You really care about your roommate, but she does not appreciate it .
You help your classmate . Then, one day, when you ask for her help, she does not willing to help you back .

I have felt it . It hurt me so much . What did I do after that ? I stop caring for her . I stop contacting her . I wanted to forget her . I lived in hatred .
Then, one day, I found an article .
It said, you befriend with someone not because you want she or he gives back whatever kindness you have given . We only hope that one day, all the kindness would be repay handsomely by The Almighty, because it is because of Him we build the friendship . We befriend someone because it is His order and we want to gain his blessing upon doing that . It takes our sincerity and sacrifice make it blooms .

So, for all of us, Girlss

Do not get discourage with this unrequited friendship . Get going with all your kindness and charm, you would be reward for it later and if you are lucky, she will finally notice and appreciate you . This also show that you are a strong and noble person . Be a great friend ! then be happy dear :)

Maisarah

Do I Look Okay?

Assalamualaikum w.b.t. & olla ~

Mornings are not exactly my thing.. Especially, the part where I have to wake up early and shower and pray Subuh and get ready.. (*clear throats) Honestly speaking, I hate doing all of those.. I am a late riser and not a very morning person either.. hehe.. I guess it might be true that my sleeping body clock is distorted or something.. Hmmm.. Not good for me and my performance as a college student though.. Well, I am trying to fix it.. really.. I am.. But it does not work! HUHUHU..

Enough going about my upside down body clock.. Let's get to business ! Sooo.. I believe every girl understand well where we have troubles to get ready.. I mean, we technically take longer period to get ready than guys do.. To be exact, we shower longer even in the morning because we seriously scrub everything off to actually feel clean and fresh in the morning, right girls?? We take longer to dress too.. O MAII GADDDD! This is the worst part.. We actually get prepared to get ready for class the night before like an hour before going to sleep or so.. And! And! And! we might even take more than half an hour to even decide what to wear, what style it should be, what footwear, what and what else...? We also have to think how it incorporates with each elements and how the colours 'fit' in.. Plus, for some girls, they might be a bit more indecisive than most of us and change their decisions more than twice.. OHHH MAIII GADDD! Isn't it tiring girls? Even I am tired just thinking about what to wear tomorrow.. It is like we have a test on what we wear, right? hahahaha..

simple, right?

Fortunately for me, I am a lazy person, so I don't think much about it and usually I am just too lazy to iron any of my clothes so I normally wear something that is effortless and less energy consuming.. For example, an iron-less blouse or shirt with a pair of jeans or iron-less skirt with a Sincerely By Us shawl..

Does anyone has tips or tricks on getting ready quickly and effortlessly but still looks pretty and dandy? Do share with us.. WE NEED IT!

WILL YOU MARRY ME ?

Aha... what will you say ??

Can I have your daughter for the rest of my life?
Say yes, say yes
Cause I need to know….

What do you think ? someone ask you to marry him, or maybe her .
“ Euww..we’re still young”
“Oh no mate . I still want to enjoy my life”

Its never too young to think about this, because the first step into that marriage thing has to be started now . I don’t say that you have to get married now or you should get married soon . My point is you have to prepare yourself now . No matter what .

“Err..I don’t think I will be marrying someone in this few upcoming years”
“I never fall in love yet”
“Why should I?”

We are girls, right?

Do you know how to cook ? other than instant noodles  and plain rice?
Everytime I went back home, I would get to hear something like this,
“You know what kakak, when I was your age, I knew how to cook many dishes . Look at you now. How you are going to get marry”
“Yeah2,lets me cook the veges.” (hahaha.that’s the simple one)

Are you tidying up your room and house everyday before you go to class ? or you just left your wet towel on your bed?
I have a friend who really care about tidiness . She said she cannot stand to see her bed sheet all loose and crinkly, she will make it neat . To check whether her bed sheet is being stretched enough or not, she will drop a coin on it, if the coin bounce back, then it is okay .

How about your clothes ? Strewn over the floor and bed ? the clean one gets mixed with the dirty one ? euww..That is not what you supposed to do.

Then, take a look at your study table . Is it okay ?  0.o
Do the Pre-calculus and Computer Information books, magazines and all your stuffs on the table are neatly arranged ?
What about your pantry ?
How many times do you clean your toilet ?

How about your Quran reciting ? Do you read it everyday ?
This is also an important aspect to be considered on your way to become a good wife and mum-to-be.

Haha . I think we have got enough question to trigger your mind . Continue seeking and looking at yourself ?

Are not all that important ? Yeah . Absolutely .
This preparation thing does not end with all the house chores only . It takes many other aspect such as knowledge, attitudes, appearance and else, aha, financial too .

Still don't get my point ?
Well, this is what I am holding to when it comes to this big thingy .
Marrying someone = Building up our nation .

It is becauseee.... each individual is like a brick . We will then use this brick to build up a house .

Okie . It is time for me to go . I hope you can gain a valuable thing here .

See you again . May Allah bless us =)

Maisarah

Girl BFF vs Guy BFF

Assalamualaikum w.b.t. & Ave !

*Credit goes to these SWAG boys

*Girls being girls
Honestly, tell me.. Which one do you prefer? Being friends with the opposite gender : BOYS or our very own species : GIRLS ? Hmmm.. According to lifestyle.allwomenstalk.com , there are 7 differences between male and female friendship.. And this is just a general statement.. I don't think it applies on everyone so let's just take it lightly and compare it to ourselves, k?

1. EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENT
I think girls have stronger emotional attachment than guys coz we usually bond with sharing secrets and do things on a really personal level, right? In contrary, guys prefer to avoid these stuff and bond more care-freely.

2. ARGUMENT
Don't most girls have really really long fights and even if they decide to bury the hatchet, they may still keep grudges? Sooo damn complicated! And not to mention, they are verbal fights which are much more hurtful and painful than physical ones. Meanwhile, boys actually have way shorter fights than us because they would just throw a few punches and act as if nothing happened the next day.. Man, how do they do it? I am sooo curious..

3. PARTNERSHIP
I think it is actually true that boys find friends who actually share the same interests with them and they can bond with them easier and faster. For instance, the boys from my class (the weird guys from the pic above ^ ) seems to bond more quickly as they play Clash of Clans and FIFA together.. Hmmm.. WE, girls on the other hand, will look for someone who we think we can share same emotions and bond emotionally. I don't know which kind of partnership lasts longer but I think girls' take a longer time to actually establish the sisterhood. Hmmm.. Is that really the case?

4. DEPENDENCY
We LOVE having our friends close to us and would be green with envy when our close friends have new friends. As if we feel we will get less attention and love from their besties. Well, at least that is the case for some of us... hehehe..*Haachuumm.. However, boys practices more freedom in socializing and are independent in their relationships. I believe they don't really mind not being in contact with each other for long period of time. Like my eldest brother who have tons of friends and does not seem to care much if they lost contact but if they ever reconcile again, it does not seem like a big deal to him.. It shows how guys are very care-free in relationships, right right?

5. INSULTS & HUMOR
Seriously.. Girls are a lot more sensitive than boys so, we reprimand ourselves from insulting and using violence as a way of expressing our friendship and sense of humor. We don't exactly find it funny or amusing to insult or prank others much as we are a whole lot more sensitive and respect for us is like respecting our weaknesses and not nag on it.. Hmmm.. Really?? Anywayyyyy, guys are the total opposite of us, girls because they like to tease and insult each other and test each other's dominance. They get into fights and takes violence as part of their humor. It's like punches and vulgar words are nothing but amusement for them.. Welll, not for us.. Not for me much..

6. INTIMACY
"The more, the merrier." That's what guys believe in socializing. They really do go around with big circle of friends. I have friends who carpool with their friends.. Like 7 guys in a small Kancil.. Can you imagine the big, bulky guys cramping in one small car? Personally, I have done it multiple times but we are girls.. We have smaller body figures than them.. So, okayy laa.. And they prefer to hang out in big packs and have an easy bond but don't mistake it to be weak. It does not really matter if it does not seem strong on the surface but I am pretty sure it is as strong as diamond beneath the surface.. PLUS! These bonds might be stronger than the ones we have with girls. Girls however, prefer to keep their circle of friends smaller and believe it will be stronger by doing so... Girls really do have the tendency to mingle in small group of friends and build a strong relationship that way.. I don't know if it implies on everyone but to most of us it may be true, righttttt? Oh well, I guess it is the mentality set by our own society..

7. FLAWS
Male friendships are usually affected by their competitiveness among others. They love to compete with each other superficially, and is usually on another whole level from the girls'.They are like sooo competitive and can go on it over and over again. I always watch TV dramas where the hot, buffed, six-packed guyS fighting for that ONE lucky girl like there is no other girl on Earth anymore... Competitive much ! Hahaha.. However, girls tend to be judgmental towards each other and get really biased with the ones whom they dislike. It usually ends up tearing people mentally. It is really a characteristic every girl has.. I am sure of it.. Be it a lot of just a bit.. Girls are just perceptive of others and they are competitive in a way which they want to be a better girl in front of other people..

So, after reading all of these, which one do you prefer? Guy friends or girl friends? Hehe.. it is just a point of view.. And we honestly, do not have to choose between these two genders coz every each of it has its own pros and cons.. What is important is that we have friends whom we can be our own selves when we are with them. Friends that are there to help us when we are in need and to celebrate with us when we in joy.

Rahimah

Red As Cherry

Assalamualaikum w.b.t. & ciao ~

Here is a bit of a treat or a light into to our topic today. *Drum rolls*

Menstruation!

Every single woman, lady, girl or babe has been through this, is going through this or will be going through this sooner or later.. I am crazy sure about that ! It is human nature and it is what Allah S.W.T. has promised us all ladies.. Well, I ain't complaining about Allah's provisions but it is not exactly something that wonderful which every person who has never been through menstruation wishes for. Young girls always dream of becoming a 'real woman' after having one. Men always think it is an easy and simple thing. Well, FYI, it is not !

First of all, IT IS A HASSLE EVERYTIME WE HAVE PERIODS! It is like war down there every month and it is not just war with ourselves but also with other people around us. Get this.. Women with periods are just as sensitive as pregnant women. We complain thrice as much, we cry thrice as much and we get happy thrice as much. In short words, we do things thrice as much as we normally do. Seriously, i get this a lot and I've seen this a lot.. Women with menstruation have mood swings in just a matter of seconds. I might be happy this minute but I might be crying the next minute.. WHY?? I DON'T KNOW! Hormones, I guess? And let me tell you something about mood swings.. It can get as worst as Hurricane Sandy. You ain't know nothing unless you've been through it, SERIOUSLY. It's soooo scary to see your girlfriends suddenly, show up with all those gloomy, sullen, morose, sad, scary, eye-piercing faces.. Oooooo~ Don't even imagine it.. And for us girls who have actually woken up with these faces, surely understand how guilty we are for making people misunderstanding and awkward with our condition.. ARGHHH! I hate that the most! I mean, it is none of my intention to make people wonder or talk bout our moody-selves and incapability of staying cool. BUT! Life can get really crazy especially during our periods and hectic... HUHU~

Besides, I am pretty sure every girl agrees with me that choosing the right pad is actually pretty much like choosing clothes. It can get pretty hard to find the perfect one, you know.. I mean, we have to consider the comfort it offers, the material it is made of, the durability and the practicality of the pads. See~ it is hard, right? Sooo.. I REALLY, REALLY respect guys who know how to choose the right pads for their ladies.. It is something every guy should know how to do coz you guys will have a wife or daughters one day or at least you guys already have a mother or sisters, right? So, it is kind of a bonus points for you guys to be quick and concerned of our needs. Ohh.. girls~ you should figure out your own preference too, okay? Because nobody is the same right? Same goes to your own comfort and preferences.. Well, you can take it easy though.. I mean, I figured out mine after trying a number of different brands so you can experiment a bit till you find your best ;))

By the way, do you girls also get cravings or lack of appetite? I am not sure myself if I get those consistently but I do sometimes, lack of appetite during my first two days of period. It is not that distinct but I guess hormones do disrupt your appetite and sense of smell because i get extra sensitive with smell whenever i have periods... I get nauseous easier when I smell foul food or products.. Kind of like pregnant women, right? HAHA.. Well, I should get used to it too if I want to have a baby, i guess? >__<

OHH! One more thing! Do you girls not have cramps??!! O MAII GADDDD!! I HATE IT SOO MUCH!! Soooo painful! Most of us can't even stand or sleep or even sit, right? It is not just me, right? Just thinking of it makes me cringe.. URGHH! Imagine it people! Imagine you having your uterus (is that right?) getting stab everytime you want to move a bit... Plus, it is soooo hard to find the right posture or position when you sit or lie down  without feeling that pain and hurt.. HUHU~ It is soo painful that some girls even take medication like panadol to ease their pain but I usually don't coz medications are'nt exactly good for your body in long period of time.. So, I usually go with natural measures like using hot water bottle to warm you uterus part and make it more comfortable.. I seriously have no other way to describe so i am sorry if you cannot imagine it or feel offended.. *sorry Well, it works like magic everytime and even applying some oil or 'minyak panas' would work too. Find your best solution and it will be the saviour of your life every month!
Okay! I guess that is it.. It's quite long and it is kind of a sensitive topic right? I hope it won't offend anyone instead of helping someone.. hehehe.. Just want to share with you girls and be strong! Have a nice period & Toodles ~

I Am The Baddest Female

Assalamualaikum w.b.t. & Annyeonghaseyo ~
Soooo.. What is this CL-powered song all about ?? Duhhhh~ Just as the title of the song says, it is all about being the baddest female. It is not just any kind of hormone-filled, emotional homo sapiens but the baddest, bad-ass, kick-ass female of them all. There are plenty of girl power songs out there, seriously. However, I chose this particular song because I am pretty much a K-pop fan myself and I listen to a lot of K-pop songs everyday. This song is a favorite and it is in my playlist so I do listen to it most of the time and honestly, I can relate to this song. It is like a chant for me to stay strong and keep going forward no matter what comes in front of me. It is like my inner self talking to me.

Yeah, I’m strong, very fierce
Someone like you can’t ever handle me
I don’t have an ounce of jealousy in me
Even fortune tellers can’t figure out my heart
However, I am still not as strong as I wish to be. I am still a timid girl who cries every time I am hurt, frets every time I don't get what I want, stomps feet every time I am scold at. Well, that is me. You girls might not be me but I believe however tough, independent, strong grown-up 'woman' you are, deep inside you, there is still that delicate, sensitive little girl hidden somewhere in that little corner of your heart. Seriously. I have an older sister whom I look up to a lot while growing up maybe because we have a huge age gap (6 years to be exact!). I always feel a bit distant from her and I respect her more than I respect other girls of her age because she somehow emits this aura of maturity. Of course, I love her with all of my heart and I wish no other sister than her but as sisters, we do fight.. A LOT... And it does not always end up pretty. One of us might end up crying right on the spot (usually it is me) and the other one might just keep all of her feelings pent up. But I know however much feelings she has been hiding and shutting away, she is still a girl and just like other girls, she will eventually, explode like a volcano eruption. HAHA.. Well, it is human nature, right? Women's nature actually.
What I am trying to convey here is that it is great for a girl to build herself up strong, tough and fierce. There is nothing wrong with it. BUT. There is also nothing wrong with being delicate, soft-hearted and sensitive women. It is how we are created by Allah S.W.T. after all. Nevertheless, it is best to know your limits and be moderate with every aspects of life. Balance is everything to be a better person, right?
Apart from that,  I just hope every other human being especially the men, will understand us more without having us to enunciate every little thing because truthfully, just as Stephen Hawking said, "Women. They are a complete mystery." We might be strong on the surface but just like an iceberg, we are much like the tiny tip of the iceberg which is visible to people but a huge part of it hidden under the surface of the water. Unpredictable, unexpected and most of all, full of surprises. Of course, I DO wish all of the girls out there and even me to grow up beautiful and elegant, strong and powerful, just and independent women.

Love,
Rahimah

BEHIND THE SCENE

Peace be upon you  :)

Hye there.

It's not really our stuff doing all this thing, but thanks to USCS21, we have to get this done .
I tell you what, it's kind of exciting actually . Starting from choosing our combined email name and password that drove us to be a bit chaotic . After setting up the email, walla..here we are .
But eventually my partner thought she wanted to opt for tumblr.com because she said it was more easier to write and manage there . But again, it was also a new thing for me, so did my friend too, and we were like asking all our classmates who knew the stuffs to carry on with the website . A "yes, dear.what's up?" reply got me shocked for a while (well,it was obviously because a guy never called me that way) . He taught me a bit about this and that . Then, I was surfing the web to look for all the templates and I found one. Yeah! finally.

A day passed...

A week flown by.... ( > < ")

"Maisarah.....we need 10K views (hahaha) and also we have to get comments. A lot if possible. "

"Oh.Really?? I forgot about the guidelines"  (=.=)

"Chillax . We got the blogger.com thing, we can use that . We'll stick to the girls theme ."

So, here we are again . Stay tuned up and do wait for us (heeee)

Here we are . In this short-timed world . Struggling for a final eternity place in hereafter :)

Love,
Maisarah

First Impression On Girls

Assalamualaikum w.b.t. and hyeee ~
Being a girl, a Muslim girl especially has its own ups and downs. Being a human being itself is a challenge. For girls out there probably reading this somewhere, we hope you can relate to this blog, us. For the guys out there probably mocking us, we hope you learn something from this blog, us.
We’ll firstly introduce ourselves as this is the first post. This blog has two writers, Rahimah and Maisarah, just another two outrageously typical girls in their late teens. Why we’re writing this blog? The intention of this blog is to show the world GIRL POWER ! and to show why girls will always be girls ~
Guess that is it for our first post ! Toodles and stay tuned~

Us
